"Fit for the King" is NEW! This plan will offer healthy tips--a new one each week--to help you get fit and healthy one step at a time.

The idea is to keep it simple. If we take one new tip each week...and get good at it...then we are ready to move on comfortably to the next, new tip the following week--and more likely to succeed.

Many times the main reason we fail to begin a new plan for healthier living is simply that we feel overwhelmed by the idea of changing everything at once! Hopefully you will find the "Fit for the King" way Conceivable...and Achievable!

So make YOU a priority and let's embark on the journey together, encouraging one another along the way!

Some things to remember: Each new tip will be posted one week apart at the beginning of the week...This way you can start your week off in a positive, healthy direction. After a few weeks you should begin to See and Feel positive, healthy changes.

Healthy Breakfast Tips and Recipes:

One great breakfast staple that our grandmas swore would "stick to our ribs" is Plain Old Fashioned Oatmeal(not instant)...Still a great addition to any breakfast menu; Providing whole grain, soluble fiber and protein--Balanced nutrition and sustained energy.

To wake up your plain oatmeal try adding some of the following...Get Creative!

*Make sure you measure out your additives to keep up with your calories, but in proper servings these are all nutritious and delicious!*
